Experience the amazing benefits of Restorative Yoga. Supported poses will flex your spine while alternately stimulating and relaxing the systems of your body promoting calmness and well-being.
Absolutely not experience in yoga required!
Please bring two cotton or wool blankets or two large towels.

Joins us for an exhilarating run in the beautiful countryside, followed by a 2 hour Christine Feldman's Yoga for Runners Deep Stretch, a fantastic lunch and a presentation for runners.
Multiple running routes will be available for various distances.
Water stations will be available.
All level of Runners are welcome and no previous experience in Yoga is required.
